So It Goes is printed with the dye made from the Cochineal beetle, a Mexican insect that lives on cacti. This print represents a wonderful abstracted feedback loop as the insect is printed with itself.
The Cochineal dye is used worldwide for pigments, fabrics, rugs and as a food coloring in US yogurts.
